Hey guys this is my first post and i would like to say, Is a Macbook pro worth it. If you are going with the 13'' Model then go ahead. 13'' Is very fast with the i5, it also is a pretty nice size for traveling. It's small and "pocket-size" very nice unibody with all the others aswell. I give it a 9/10 for the great build, performance, and cheapness (for a macbook pro).
The 15'' is a beast. It has a 1gb graphics processor and i7 Quad. It also has a 1440x900 resolution, the 13 is 1200x800. The 15'' is great for gaming, video processing, and the internet. It can be a little hot at times, but only when you are gaming or video processing. The 15'' is a little bit more pricy then the 13'' but w/ the 1gb Video processor it's worth it. Along with the i7, this might be the best
The 17'' is really pricy. It pretty much has the same specs as the 15''. It has an amazing resolution of 1900x1200 Display. It gets really hot on your lap if you are gaming, and i would advise to put thermal gel on the cpu or gpu for less Tempature. The 17'' has a really nice display and gpu but, it's a little overpriced. Along with the apple Macbook Pro's which are all overpriced, The 17'' is way too overpriced. It's a pretty big laptop but you can buy all the ingrediants to make one for about half as much. Your really are spending the extra 1000$ on the unibody design and, the apple logo on the front.
